Kroger stores offer a free item each week with their Free Friday Coupon download. Items range in value from less than $1 to nearly $5. Simply sign up for a Kroger customer card in-store and register it online. Download the coupon each Friday before midnight and redeem in-store within two weeks.

Sample Me More offers an ever-changing listing of free samples found around the web. On their website, click "Browse Free Samples" on the top left navigation bar. I don't recommend signing up for the emails on this one...they contain a lot of spam adds.
Sign up for emails from Pillsbury to recipe free recipes and product coupons. About once a month, the email will include a link to a full-sized free sample by mail! Act fast, only 10,000 samples are available each month.
Cozi, formerly All You Magazine, has a "Finds and Freebies Newsletter" that delivers contests and free samples to your inbox daily.

Pixabay.com offers high quality clip art and photos that can be used privately or commercially, all royalty free. Many of the photos on this site are made possible by Pixabay.

SavingStar.com Create a SavingStar account, and you'll get rebate money back on your groceries and online shopping. Here's how it works: activate grocery offers from your account, and purchase the items specified at approved retailers. Then, key in the UPC codes (including those tiny numbers at the beginning and end), and upload a photo of your receipt. This takes a little effort, but it is well worth it--within the first six months of use, the author of this site received over $100 back! Retail Me Not is my go-to source, whether shopping online or in-store. Most stores and restaurants will honor these discounts shown on your smartphone (some require a printout).
